Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative educational programs that align with our mission and values.
Oversee curriculum development, ensuring it meets state standards and fosters holistic child development.
Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff to enhance their professional growth and effectiveness.
Conduct regular assessments of educational practices and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field; master's preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best teaching practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with staff and families.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
Passion for early childhood education and commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
